I have been in a very adventurous cooking mood anything i have never cooked before i have wanted to. I decided to make chicken and chees e enchiladas some with red sauce and some with cheese sauce. i made bean and cheese for my vegetarian husband( he does eat fish) so these turned out very good. I made great chili last night i tweaked a recipe i found.
We had our first sushi making party it was very good. we had 11 people in our small house and it worked out great. we ate shrimp and salmon and
tuna sushi all day for $10 a person it was a lot of
fun, and delicious. now i know how to make my
own sushi. its pretty easy
